PSPAudioware PSPMasterQ2 v2.0.3 AU MacOSX-Kleen
Usually mastering equalisers are solely focused just on equalization, but PSP MasterQ2 is not merely a masteringEQ; the "Q" stands for "Quality." We designed it to be a creative tool for mixing and mastering and wherever its features and quality are needed for the job.

Yes, we can try to impress you with the features: it can operate at sampling rates ranging from 44.1 to 192kHz. It offers seven filters: 12, 24, and 36 dB/oct low cut and high cut filters; low shelf and high shelf filters which can be switched to peaking filters; and low-mid, middle and high-mid peaking filters— all with adjustable frequency and Q over a wide range. The EQ graph displays an overview of the EQ curve, as well as the individual characteristics of each filter. In addition to its powerful filters, PSP MasterQ2 also offers you a selection of limiting and "soft- clipping” algorithms to help you shape your signal and keep it from digitally peaking.

And yes, we can blind you with the technical details: PSP MasterQ2 employs 80-bit extended floating point computations in all filters to deal with accumulation errors. It also allows for optimal filter operation at even the lowest frequencies with high gain and Q factor settings. PSP MasterQ2, uses our proprietary Frequency Authentication Technique algorithm. FAT is a double sampling technique which allows for proper filter operation at the highest frequencies. FAT utilizes high order linear filters to prevent phase errors and linear errors from the audio bandwidth caused by double order sampling. This technique results in double sampling without sample rate conversion artifacts.

But we'd rather you experience it for yourself. Use it as a precise, surgical EQ for mastering or a color processor for sound design and mixing. Once you try it, you'll understand what a creative sound shaping tool the PSP MasterQ2 can be.

Changelog:

Soft / VST Instruments 10-02-2016
PSP E27 is a multistage equalizer plug-in (VST3, VST, AAX and RTAS for Windows; AudioUnit, VST3, VST, AAX and RTAS for Mac OSX) modeled after the analog equalizer E27 produced by Avedis Audio Electronics. E27 offers three-band equalization with nine selectable frequencies in a standard 500x package. This equalizer offers +/-16dB of boost/cut at musicially selected frequency ranges, and offers gentle saturation. Low and high filters can work in bell or shelf mode with a single click. E27 is suitable for both mixing and mastering. PSP E27 offers additional preamp stage for global level control. This EQ plug-in catches nonlinear behavior of analog devices.

PSP is the sole developer and manufacturer of the PSP E27. Functionality and sound of the PSP e27 have been approved by Avedis Audio Electronics. PSP is responsible for all customer support.

Changes in PSP E27 v1.0.2
Bug fixes:
Settings were lost on session load (VST, RTAS, AAX). Fixed.
Moving plugin to different insert location loses settings (RTAS, AAX). Fixed.
Extremely high CPU drain on PC computers. Fixed.
Startup plugin settings were inconsistent with default (RTAS). Fixed.
PA11 and x2 controls were causing RTAS plugin to leak out of the PT window. Fixed.

Changes:
Algorithms optimized – less over 30% CPU usage than in previous versions.

Known Issues:
PSP is trying to optimize PSP E27 even more.
AAX PC Windows doesn’t resize properly. Proper size is set after reopening plugin window.
PA11 knobs have different scroll handling than E27 knobs.
Automation in LINK mode sometimes doesn’t work properly (only one channel is automated).

Avid Focusrite d2 d3 Bundle v11.1.80871 WIN x64-AudioUTOPiA Avid Focusrite d2 d3 Bundle v11.1.80871 WIN x64-AudioUTOPiA
Modeled after their respective Red Range hardware counterparts, the Focusrite d2 and d3 bring high quality equalization and professional dynamic control to Pro Tools.

d2 is designed for the audio professional who requires the highest levels of performance and maximum versatility in a software-based equalizer, providing multiple modular configurations. With superior resolution, intuitive graphics, dynamic automation and save/copy/paste options, d2 takes full advantage of the power and capabilities of the Pro Tools environment.

d3 provides flexibility and versatility through separate insert configurations in addition to its highly impressive sonic characteristics. d3 also functions in AudioSuite, providing file-based processing and conservation of DSP resources. Coupled with dynamic automation, multiple inserts and save/copy/paste options, the Focusrite d3 takes full advantage of the power and capabilities of Pro Tools.

Details

The d2 software-based digital equalizer, is truly worthy of its lineage: the Red Range 2 Dual EQ. It provides three different mono or stereo modules: six band, four band, and dual/single band. These versatile configurations allow DSP power to be used where it is needed most. Any band type (or types) can be accessed up to the available DSP power in the system. d2 includes high- and low-pass filters, high and low shelving filters and high-mid and low-mid peaking filters.

d2 also features analog-style overload indicators to track clipping and a highly accurate Cartesian graph that displays EQ settings as they are being adjusted. When an offset exists for the left and right channels, the graph will display both channels simultaneously.

Focusrite's d3 is a world-class, software-based compressor/limiter for Pro Tools and AudioSuite-capable systems that provides two mono or stereo configurations. The Compressor+Limiter supplies both compression and limiting at all times. The Compressor/Limiter allows users to select compression or limiting, conserving DSP power for other operations as necessary.

One d3 plug-In can be used multiple times simultaneously, limited only by DSP capacity. Pro Tools software supports side-chain processing with d3, accepting post-fader input from any track or bus to control dynamics parameters. Of course, all settings are automatically restored and recalled with the Pro Tools session.

Both the d2 and d3 interfaces closely emulate their respective sibling Red Range hardware units, with their red brushed-aluminum panel graphics, illuminated push buttons and rotary control knobs. A floating editor window supplies instant access to the various modules of the d2—six band, four band, or dual/single band—or, in the case of the d3, one-button access to both compressor and limiter modules. A numeric display area is located below each rotary knob for continuous feedback and also allows numeric entry from the keyboard, if desired. For precise processing, independent input and output level controls and high-resolution Plasma-type meters are also provided. With the d2, offset level adjustment is accommodated by use of the left, right and link controls.
