K-Devices Ref for LIVE
REF allows you to modulate anything you want in Ableton Live: other devices, the user interface, and third party plug-ins, using sound as source.
You can shape the incoming audio source with the low/high pass filter, listening the source in peak or rms modes, then design the envelope exactly how you need it, using tools as relative/absolute modes, linear/logarithmic modulation, and positive/negative directions. You can even work on your envelopes with standard EG parameters as attack, hold, release, and a global delay time.
REF uses a big display to give you an accurate visual feedback: it will help you to check the incoming audio signal, set the threshold level, and view the real envelope generated, which will control the chosen target parameter.
REF is a great tool for any kind of modulation: kick/bass side-chain combinations, driving filters, and experimental uses asking for controlling parameters from an audio source.
Developed on the Max 6 engine, taking advantage of gen~, REF supports both 32 and 64 bit mode.
REF is developed using exclusively standard Max objects, to guarantee compatibility with latest Live and Max For Live versions.

J74 Steplocker Max for Live
J74 StepLocker is a sequencing and modulation device for Ableton Live (Max for Live) based on the concept of parameter locking, whereby parameter settings can be associated with each sequencer step. The work-flow in StepLocker is very simple: choose one or more steps in the sequencer, select a parameter in Ableton Live, set its value and lock it. You can do this for any parameter, in any device, in any track of Live. On top of this StepLocker offers also classic step sequencer features such as playback manipulation (step numbers, random step order), value interpolation, randomization and (post-locking) editing (copy, paste, erase).
K-Devices EXT 2.2 Max for Live
EXT 2 is a Max For Live audio effect designed to modulate anything you want in Ableton Live: any control in other devices, in Live’s UI, and in any third party plug-in.
EXT 2 is very easy to use: just click the "select” toggle, then click the parameter in your Ableton Live set to apply its step modulation. Target’s name is displayed in EXT 2′s UI, you can scale outcoming values to a specific range.
EXT 2 add a bunch of new features: clicking the "envelope” toggle you can activate the step envelope mode, using three dedicated step sequencer to define step’s length, shape and peak direction. These envelopes will be then applied to the main step sequencer amplitude, so each step could be exclusively shaped following your needs.
Ext 2 can swing too: increase the amount, and let your modulation get groovy! For more action: do not forget to test what time variation slider can do!
K-Devices TED Max for Live
TED is a Max For Live highly editable LFO that may act also as a function generator. With TED’s signal, you can modulate any parameter in Ableton Live: from other devices’s parameter, to Live’s UI, to any third party plug-in.
TED is very easy to use: just click the "select” toggle, then click the parameter in your Ableton Live set to apply its modulation signal.
It is composed of three main areas: the main oscillator, with 6 morphable waveforms (SINE TRIANGLE SAWTOOTH PULSE 50%/50% PULSE 90%/10% RANDOM ), a sample and hold circuit with adjustable amount, and an effect section.
The effect section contains a wave-folding effect that may act as wave-folder, wave-wrapper or wave-clipper, a smoothing effect and a scalable output, where you can select the minimum and the maximum range of modulation.
TED is also CV/GATE compatible, to use with your CV/GATE compatible hardware, as a modular system. Please note that in order to use the CV/GATE feature a DC coupled audio interface or D/A converter is required.
