Output Signal Cinematic Expansion
SIGNAL is the world’s most powerful pulse engine, combining the warmth of fat analog and digital synths with beauty of organic instruments. Released on March 31st, SIGNAL has seen incredible success finding a strong following among composers, producers and sound designers alike.
The new expansion packs, Tape Loop and Cinematic, each offer 125 new Pulse Instruments (presets) made by Output’s leading sound design team. Adding on to SIGNAL’s existing 500 Pulse Instruments, SIGNAL owners now have an even greater arsenal of starting points.
Tape Loop includes pulse instruments utilizing SIGNAL’s proprietary Looper, a feature much like a tape loop infinitely repeating while a note is held. This fun and unique tool ranges from gritty, worn out tape repetitions to clean minimalist patterns, all of which loop in real time and lock to tempo.
Cinematic features pulse instruments begging to be placed in film and TV. The 125 presets were all created with the composer in mind stretching from beautiful and haunting atmospheric pads and pulses, to high energy cinematic plucks and sequencers.
K-Devices TED Max for Live
TED is a Max For Live highly editable LFO that may act also as a function generator. With TED’s signal, you can modulate any parameter in Ableton Live: from other devices’s parameter, to Live’s UI, to any third party plug-in.
TED is very easy to use: just click the "select” toggle, then click the parameter in your Ableton Live set to apply its modulation signal.
It is composed of three main areas: the main oscillator, with 6 morphable waveforms (SINE TRIANGLE SAWTOOTH PULSE 50%/50% PULSE 90%/10% RANDOM ), a sample and hold circuit with adjustable amount, and an effect section.
The effect section contains a wave-folding effect that may act as wave-folder, wave-wrapper or wave-clipper, a smoothing effect and a scalable output, where you can select the minimum and the maximum range of modulation.
TED is also CV/GATE compatible, to use with your CV/GATE compatible hardware, as a modular system. Please note that in order to use the CV/GATE feature a DC coupled audio interface or D/A converter is required.
Output Sounds REV X-Loops KONTAKT
Rev X-Loops, a brand new instrument based on the Rev Loops Engine. The new product delivers 2GB of multi-layered loops and features a robust engine for manipulating, tweaking and discovering new sonic possibilities. Rev X-Loops does not require Rev to run, making it a toolset for anyone looking for an affordable yet versatile, creative instrument.
Rev, the reverse instrument suite, is the foundation for Rev X-Loops. Following customer demand for an expansion of the Rev Loops Engine, Output chose to develop Rev X-Loops as an entirely new and separate engine with all new content, categories and presets.
"People have found REV to be an inspiring and creative tool in their music," says Output Founder Gregg Lehrman. "Since we noticed the REV Loops Engine was a customer favorite, we wanted to refresh the library and at the same time release it as an independent product. Our team of sound designers spent months recording, flipping and tweaking. We're very proud of the result."

Roland RE201 Space Echo for Reaktor
Welcome to my first upload. A loving recreation of the ultimate echo effect the Roland RE201 Space Echo. The guts of this are mostly from Michat's excellent ensemble Michat's Space Echo ME-201. This is more than a reskin though, I have added a few other features (mostly borrowed from the UA version of the RE201). Thanks to Michat and thanks to Jonathan Style for inspiring me to begin the path to becoming a builder.
The Power switch is an output mute. Handy in case of out-of-control speaker blowing feedback. Secondly the Wet Solo switch is just what it says it is, it removes the dry component from the signal (it is just like the "From P.A." jack on the real thing, useful for when using the RE201 as a send effect). It is possible to have no output if you have the echo-norm switch set to norm and the wet solo on. The Echo-Norm switch is an effect bypass.
The fluctuation section simulates the wow and flutter of analog tape and the noise feature is a crucial component to recreating the otherworldly vibe of the original (thanks to Michat).
Lastly I know the mode selector is not quite right. It goes backwards and the knob is supposed to spin all the way around, but I could not figure out how to get it to wrap around. I am sure someone knows a more elegant way to do the mode selector switch so please let me know. Thank you.
